Boards, GP Partnerships and executive
team development

We provide support to boards and board members working with executive and non-executive members and with Partners in General Practice. We provide tailored, practical, workshops and strategy days as well as individual support and executive coaching. We typically work on organisational strategy, board, or Partnership development and effective external relationships.

This is an effective way of working on particular tasks and creating more productive working relationships:

How it works

EPI Associates can provide confidential and trustworthy support to individuals and to the board or GP Partnership as a whole. Initial conversation will determine the scope and nature of the circumstances and outcomes sought. Some clients already have a particular date or event in mind, others are seeking suggestions as to how to tackle the issues they face. From this we will agree a plan.

We are very experienced in designing and facilitating workshops and conferences incorporating local or national expertise as required and in providing follow-up and evaluation.

Aimed at:

Boards

Chairs

Chief Executives

Executive and directorate teams

GP Partnerships

Potential outcomes:

Improve board, executive team and GP Partnership performance and effectiveness

Establish and refine priorities

Resolve conflict

Establish more productive relationships within the board or GP Partnership

Establish more productive relationships with outside agencies

Equip people to lead

Make sense of complex situations

Take practical action
